Terms of use
The terms on which this page and the free trading education programme (one-on-one lessons on a demo account and the Telegram community) are provided. Using any of them means you accept these terms.

1. Who we are
This page ("the page", "we", "us") is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Petruk Oleksandr Romanovych, 44/140 Molodizhna Street, Kvasyliv, Rivne district, Rivne region, Ukraine, individual tax number 5486328970. The training is run by Mark Barsky, a private trader. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we provide
An educational programme: general information about how financial markets, financial instruments and trading platforms work, delivered as free one-on-one trading lessons in Telegram, a community chat and this page. Practice during the lessons takes place on a demo account with virtual money. The programme teaches a skill; it does not sell an investment, a trading service or a way to make money.
We are not a broker, an investment firm, a portfolio manager or a financial adviser. We are not authorised or regulated by any financial regulator and carry out no regulated activity. We do not hold, receive or manage client money, and we do not transmit or execute orders.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing on the page, in the community or in the training is investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. No content takes account of your financial situation, objectives or needs. No profit, income or outcome is promised or implied. The risk disclosure forms part of these terms.
4. Eligibility
You may use the page and take part in the training only if you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. The page is not directed at, and the training is not offered to, residents of any jurisdiction where doing so would breach local law or regulation, including the United States, Canada, Japan, Belgium, and any territory subject to applicable sanctions. You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you.
5. The training
- The training is free of charge. No payment is requested at any stage, and none is accepted.
- Places for one-on-one training are limited and offered at our discretion. We are not obliged to accept any request.
- We do not ask for access to any live account, and you must not give us any account credentials.
- Either side may end the arrangement at any time, for any reason, without notice or cost. We may end it in particular where a participant appears to be at risk of harm, is abusive, or repeatedly misses agreed calls.
6. The $50,000 demo account
The $50,000 mentioned on the page is the balance of a demo account: virtual money supplied by a trading platform for practice. It is not real money, it cannot be withdrawn or converted, it is not income and it is not a gift from us. Results on a demo account are simulated and are not an indication of what would happen with real money.
7. The bonus up to $1,000 on a real account
The bonus of up to $1,000 mentioned on the page is offered, credited and administered by a third-party partner broker, not by us, and only on a real account opened with that broker after the training. The amount, the eligibility and any conditions for using or withdrawing the bonus are set by the broker in its own bonus terms, which can change. Read those terms on the broker's own website before you deposit anything. We are not a party to the bonus and cannot credit, extend or cancel it.
A bonus is not free money and does not remove or reduce risk: you can lose your deposit and the bonus. A bonus is not a reason to deposit more than you can afford to lose. Opening a real account is optional; the training is the same whether or not you ever open one.
8. Entries, the bot and results
Trade entries posted in the community or by the trading bot are examples for study, not instructions. The bot puts up the entry; any decision to act on it is yours, and so is the outcome. Figures shown on the page, such as Mark Barsky's own account statistics and members' results, are individual past results. They are not typical, not a forecast and not a promise of what you will get.
9. Earnings disclaimer
Any income figures on the page, such as what a trading skill can bring in a day or a month, describe what the skill can bring to some people. They are not typical results, they are not guaranteed, and they are not a promise or an estimate of what you will earn. Individual results vary widely with experience, capital, discipline and market conditions, and many people who trade lose money.
10. Your responsibilities
- Any decision you make about your money is yours alone, taken on your own judgement.
- You will not present anything learned here as advice from us, or use our name to promote a product, a broker or a service.
- You will not use the page, the bot or the community unlawfully, abusively, or to interfere with their operation.
- You will not send us identity documents, account credentials, payment details or authentication codes.
11. Referral fees
We may receive referral fees from a third-party broker if you open an account through a referral link. This creates a conflict of interest, it is optional, and it costs you nothing. It is described in full on How it is funded, which forms part of these terms.
12. Third-party links and platforms
The page and the training may reference third-party websites, brokers, trading platforms and services. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, conduct, terms, fees or availability. Any dealing with them is between you and them, and you should verify their regulatory status in your own country before doing anything.
13. Intellectual property
The text, design and materials on this page belong to us or our licensors. You may read them and share links to them for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell or present them as your own without written permission.
14. Availability
We aim to keep the page, the bot and the community available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any of them, or the training, at any time.
15. Liability
The page, the community and the training are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, and accept no liability for any trading loss, investment loss, loss of profit, loss of a bonus, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of the page, the training, or any decision you take afterwards.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is the one on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the page or the community after a change means you accept the updated terms.
18. Governing law and contact
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction.
