Privacy policy
What is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. There is no form on this page, so most of this concerns the Telegram bot behind the button.

1. Who is responsible
The controller of the personal data described here is Individual Entrepreneur Petruk Oleksandr Romanovych, 44/140 Molodizhna Street, Kvasyliv, Rivne district, Rivne region, Ukraine, individual tax number 5486328970, which operates this page and the associated Telegram bot. The training is run by Mark Barsky.
For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
Three situations produce data, and each produces a different amount.
- When you open this page. The hosting provider keeps server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, browser and operating system. They are used for security and for keeping the page running. Fonts and the other files listed in the cookie policy load from public content networks, which see your IP address the same way.
- When you press the button. If you arrived from an advertisement, its campaign labels (which advertisement, which placement) are carried across with you into the Telegram link, so it is clear which advertisement brought a new member. Those labels describe the advertisement, not you: they contain no name, and nothing you later send to the bot is visible to them. Nothing is stored on this page as a result.
- When you use the Telegram bot. Your Telegram user ID, username and first name as shown in Telegram; your answers to the bot, such as your experience and what you want to learn; the messages you send; and short notes on what has already been covered in your training.
- When you email us. Your email address, your message and anything you choose to include in it.
The bot does not ask for, and must not be sent, identity documents, bank or trading account details, card numbers, passwords or confirmation codes. If you send such information anyway, it is deleted.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
- We do not pass your details to brokers, lead buyers, advertisers or affiliate networks. If you decide to open an account with a broker, you give your details to that broker yourself, on its own website.
- We do not build advertising profiles about you. No advertising pixel or analytics script runs on this page.
- We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Arranging and running your training | Telegram identifiers, answers, training notes | Performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one |
| Answering messages and emails | Message text, Telegram identifiers, email address | Legitimate interest in responding to enquiries |
| Keeping the page available and secure | Server log data | Legitimate interest in security and reliability |
| Knowing which advertisement works | Campaign labels on the outgoing link | Legitimate interest in measuring advertising |
| Meeting legal obligations and defending claims | Any of the above, as strictly required | Legal obligation and legitimate interest |
5. How long it is kept
- Bot conversations and training notes: for the duration of the training and 12 months afterwards, then deleted.
- Email correspondence: 24 months from the last message.
- Server logs: as configured by the hosting provider, typically up to 30 days.
- Campaign labels: they travel in the outgoing link and are not stored on this page.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This page sets no cookies of its own and keeps nothing in your browser storage. No advertising pixel and no analytics script is loaded. If one is added later, this policy will name it before it is switched on. Details are in the cookie policy.
7. Who else processes it
We use a small number of service providers, who act on our instructions only:
- Telegram Messenger, for the bot, the community and the messages you send. Telegram is an independent controller of your account data under its own privacy policy; we can only see what you send to the bot or post in the group.
- The hosting provider of this page, which serves the page and keeps its logs.
- Google Fonts (and, on some pages, the Cloudflare cdnjs library network), which deliver fonts and scripts to your browser.
- Google (Gmail), which handles the mailbox listed on this page.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before.
To have your bot record deleted, ask in a message to the bot or write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office, and in the EU it is your national supervisory authority.
9. Children
This page and the training are intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted the bot, write to [email protected] and the record will be deleted.
10. Security
Access to bot data and training notes is limited to Mark Barsky and, where strictly necessary, the operator of the page. Accounts are protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, which is another reason the bot asks for so little.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting current students are announced through the bot.
